An admin connects your Slack workspace to Levelset from Workflows > Integrations in the dashboard. Once it is connected, automations can post to the Slack channels you choose, so a submitted form or a positional excellence average crossing the line you set shows up where your leaders already look, without anyone playing messenger. Leaders with a Levelset login and the Use AI Assistant permission can also ask Levi questions in Slack.
How it works
Connect From the Dashboard
An admin connects Slack from Workflows > Integrations. Nothing to install on anyone's phone and no setup for the rest of the team.
Posts Go Where You Pick
Choose the channels each automation posts to. Levelset only posts to the channels you pick.
Driven by Your Automations
The same automations that send updates to Connecteam and email can post to Slack, triggered by the moments you choose.
Ask Levi in Slack
Leaders with a Levelset login and the Use AI Assistant permission can ask Levi in a direct message, or @mention Levi in a channel it has joined.
