Positional excellence ratings are Levelset's core performance measurement system. Leaders rate observed performance on a 1.0-3.0 scale across position-specific criteria for positions like iPOS, Machines, and Window. Recent ratings roll into readiness views so leaders can coach from shared data instead of memory.
Levelset supports HotSchedules-based roster and schedule import workflows. Operators review imported roster changes before they affect Levelset data, so HotSchedules remains a source of context without silently overwriting your team records.
The launch foundation is positional ratings, discipline, and roster context. Evaluations, setups, scheduling, mobile workflows, and Levi are available as beta workflows and should be scoped during onboarding.
