Positional Ratings
See who is ready for each position, based on position-specific ratings your leaders submit.

You ask three leaders "Who's your strongest iPOS?" and get three different answers. Ratings live in people's heads, not in a system. When a leader leaves, their knowledge of the team walks out the door. And the team members who only work mornings? Afternoon leaders barely know them.
Leaders rate the Big 5 criteria for each position an employee works. Levelset rolls recent ratings into green, yellow, and red readiness signals so your leadership team can share one view of where each person is strong and where coaching is needed.
How it works
Rate by Position
An employee might be green on iPOS and still need coaching on Machines. You see readiness by the actual work, not one generic score.
Shared Readiness Zones
Green means ready, yellow means progressing, and red means focused coaching is needed. Thresholds can be configured around your standards.
Recent Rolling Ratings
Recent leader ratings are averaged so one moment or one opinion does not define the whole picture.
Cross-Location Context
For multi-location operators, ratings can follow the employee across locations so leaders see performance context beyond their own shift.
See it in action

Position readiness across the team, organized by color-coded rating zones.
