After Submit, Home confirms the infraction was saved and shows a new task to record a disciplinary action.
The action brief recommends a Documented Warning: Lily is at 20 points against a 20-point threshold.

You define the rules: infraction types, point values, reset periods, and action thresholds. Leaders record infractions with notes, acknowledgements, signatures, and supporting documents. Levelset tracks current-period points and surfaces the recommended next step.

Next-Step Recommendations
